Agra: Here you will find the highlight of your North India tour:
The visit of the world famous Taj Mahal. The beyond comparison
perfection and beauty of this "dearest proof of love ever" shines
even today in white marble. A mausoleum erected by mughal emperor
Shah Jahan in 1631 for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. 20,000
workers built it in 22 years: A dream in white marble, which rises
in perfect proportion in an elegant garden of fountains. The

unity between Hindus and Muslims was at its peak. With its
audience halls, its beautiful gardens and opulent mosques, Agra
fort is counted amongst the most beautiful fortresses in India.
